Be on the lookout for JB and the Moonshine Band- a new group of outlaws on the Texas music/red dirt scene. Well ok, they’re not really outlaws, but their music is so good it oughtta be illegal!

If there’s one thing that separates these East Texas six string strummers from the rest of the pack, it’s got to be song writing. From the heartfelt ballads “Whiskey Days” and “Gotta Be Strong” to the hilarious up-tempo tracks “Sticker Peck Out” and “Perfect Girl”, this band’s original music is something that is turning heads… and it’s spreading like wildfire across the Texas countryside.

Although they’ve only been together since February ’09, they’ve managed to accomplish a lot. They’ve opened for Eli Young Band, Randy Rogers, Rich O’Toole, Roger Creager, Django Walker, Shenandoah, Stoney LaRue, Cory Morrow, Mark Chesnutt, Mickey and the Motorcars, Brandon Rhyder, Josh Abbott, Kevin Fowler, Jason Boland, Whiskey Myers, and more…
